What a great food tour of Riverside & Leslieville with Delicious Discoveries. Maya is such a warm and charismatic host, truly felt like I was just trying different delicious eats with a friend for the night.

You will eat well, learn about the neighbourhood, the history, the stories behind the food establishments you visit. Definitely you will not be hungry after this and bonus you will likely be bringing your extras home with you.

We did the Riverside and Leslieville Food abd Walking Tour and it was such a great way to start our Toronto experience!  Such a great experience with Maya!  She was so communicative and took us to some great places we wouldn't have discovered.  The bakery was delicious and the pizza from Slow Hand was sooo good! We had an amazing time on the Riverside & Leslieville Walking and Food Tour with Maya! She is truly a one-woman powerhouse. She has thoughtfully designed the walking route, taking you through vibrant mural alleys, past historic buildings, and sharing fascinating stories about the neighborhood’s history along the way. Every stop felt intentional and added to the experience.
What made the tour even more special was the incredible food. Maya introduced us to locally owned, farm-to-table restaurants, each serving fantastic food and drinks that showcased the best of the neighborhood.

Amazing tour with TJ of the St. Clair West neighbourhood. Even though I have lived in Toronto for ten years, it was nice to be introduced to little hole-in-the-wall gems that I had never known were there! TJ told us some great backstory about the areas we walked through. Tour ended at Casa Loma which is always a lovely view! Fantastic food, friendly guide and fascinating history! Maya, our guide, was lovely. She helped to fill our bellies and brains with nourishment. This tour included everything from the early history of the city known as "Muddy York" to information about Blackbird bakery's starter for their delicious sourdough. The Riverside and Leslieville tour stopped at quite a few of the area's favourite spots. We had a great experience enjoying the history and food of two of the city's coolest neighbourhood's. Highly recommend!
